This is Hiro from the anime show Fruits Basket. He represents the sheep or ram in the Chinese zodiac.
Materials: About half a skein of white GGH Aspen yarn, and small bits of peach and gray yarns

R1 6 sc in 2nd ch from hook
R2 2 sc in each sc around

R18 (dec2tog, sc in next sc) around
R19 dec2tog around
R20 dec2tog around (you only dec2tog 3 times)
Finish off leaving a tail of yarn big enough to sew the top together. There should be a hole big enough to stuff the sheep.
Tip: You may already know this, but for all who haven't done this before, don't stuff the sheep right away. Wait until you have everything sewed on and then stuff it.
Face
With peach Ch 7
R1 sc in 2nd ch from hook and remaining 5, ch 1, turn
R2 sc in each sc across (6), turn *from here on don't do a turning chain*
R3 sc in each sc across (5), turn
R4 sc in each sc across (4), turn
R5 sc in each sc across (3), turn
R6 dec2tog
Finish off leaving tail long enough to sew to body
sew on the eyes and mouth
Legs (make 2)
With white Ch 2
R1 3 sc in 2nd ch from hook
R2-3 sc in each sc around
Finish off once again leaving tail.
Sew open side to the body
Attach gray yarn to tip of white leg
Ch 4 and tie off
Fold over and attach the tip of the gray yarn to the end of the white leg. Refer to the picture if you need to.
Ears
With white Ch 4
R1 sc in 2nd ch from hook and remaining 2 ch, ch 1, turn
R2-3 sc in each sc across, turn *no turning ch from this point on*
R4 sc in each sc across, turn
R5 sc in last sc, finish off
Tip: To sew on the ears, I took the tail from the tip of the ear, sewed down the edge of the ear, and then sewed the ear onto the body with that tail.
After you've sewn everything on the body, take the tail you left and sew up the hole in the top of the head.
